Our properties are designed for extended stays. The minimum stay is typically 30 nights, making them ideal for business travelers, traveling nurses, contractors, and families on temporary relocation. Shorter stays may be available at select properties — please check the listing or contact us directly to confirm availability.

You can book directly through our website using the availability calendar on each property page. Booking direct gives you the best available rate (no platform fees), the option for early check-in when available, and direct communication with your host. You also have access to exclusive perks not available through third-party platforms.

Our cancellation policy varies by booking platform and length of stay. Full details are provided at the time of booking. For direct bookings, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel — we will do our best to accommodate your situation fairly and transparently.

Extensions are welcome, subject to availability. Please reach out to us as early as possible — ideally at least two weeks before your current checkout date — so we can confirm availability and update your booking without interruption.

All PreparedPads properties use smart lock technology for fully self-directed check-in. After your booking is confirmed, you will receive a unique access code and detailed check-in instructions via email. There is no need for a physical key exchange — you can arrive at your convenience within your booked window.

Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in (from 2:00 PM) is available as a benefit of booking direct, subject to the property being ready. Late check-out requests can be accommodated when the schedule allows — just ask in advance.

You will receive a direct host contact number with your booking confirmation. If you experience any access issues upon arrival, contact us immediately and we will resolve it as quickly as possible — typically within minutes.

All PreparedPads properties come fully furnished and equipped for comfortable extended living. This includes all furniture, high-speed Wi-Fi, all utilities (electricity, water, gas, and internet), a fully stocked kitchen with cookware and appliances, fresh linens and towels, a washer and dryer, and a starter supply of essentials such as toiletries, paper goods, and cleaning supplies.

Yes — all properties include dedicated off-street parking. Specific parking details (driveway, garage, or designated space) are noted on each individual property listing.

Absolutely. Our properties are set up with business travelers and remote workers in mind. Each home includes high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace. Several properties also feature a standing desk and ergonomic setup — details are listed on each property page.

Pets are welcome at select PreparedPads properties. Please check the individual listing or contact us before booking to confirm pet policy, any applicable pet fees, and any breed or size restrictions. We want to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests.

Yes. You will receive a direct contact number for your host at the time of booking confirmation. For non-urgent maintenance requests, you can also reach us at [email protected]. We aim to respond promptly and resolve any issues as quickly as possible to minimize disruption to your stay.

Properties are prepared to hotel-standard condition before your arrival. Mid-stay housekeeping is available upon request for longer stays — please inquire at the time of booking or contact us during your stay to arrange a schedule.

All PreparedPads properties are strictly non-smoking indoors. We ask all guests to be respectful of neighbors and adhere to quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Unauthorized parties or events are not permitted. Full house rules are provided in your booking confirmation and are also posted inside each property.
